REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Have the original tags attached.
- Be in the original packaging.
1.2 Return Period
You have 5-7 working days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
1.4 How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.2 Lost or Stolen Returns
