REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Albazoo.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Have the original tags attached.
  • Be in the original packaging.

1.2 Return Period

You have 5-7 working days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

1.4 How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

1.5 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

2.2 Partial Refunds

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 5-7 working days after delivery.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.

5. Shipping

5.1 Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.2 Lost or Stolen Returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
